A Domitian morning
Ingredients:
Crushed rye flour and cereals
Prosciutto Toscano PDO
Pachino Tomato PGI
Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO
Basil
Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil PGI
salt
black pepper
Method:
Cut the schiacciata to stuff it and season with Extra Virgin Tuscan Igp Oil. Cut the Tomatoes from
Pachino PGI, previously washed, thinly sliced and placed on the crushed. Season with salt and
still Extra Virgin Tuscan PGI Oil.
Cut the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO into slices and place it on the Pachino Tomatoes PGI.
Garnish with basil and stuff the schiacciata with lots of good slices of Prosciutto Toscano PDO.
Serve with fresh basil leaves and edible flowers.
